Culture Restaurant - Chef Hylton Espey
The Brand: Located on Falmouth’s Custom House Quay, Culture is the Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurant from Chef Hylton Espey and his wife Petronella. Their "Earth to Table" ethos centers on hyper-local sourcing, where the menu is dictated by nature and the seasonal availability of ingredients from a close-knit circle of Cornish farmers, fishers, and growers. The Project: As part of a series of "Chef’s Table" style vignettes, we produced this short documentary focusing on the vital relationship between the kitchen and its producers. The film features Hylton visiting Pasha’s Patch, a local vegetable supplier whose regenerative farming practices are fundamental to the restaurant's sustainability efforts. By capturing the tactile reality of the farm—produce delivered caked in soil and free from plastic—we helped Culture tell the story of their food’s provenance. Our cinematic approach moves beyond a simple interview, positioning the supplier as a "food hero" and highlighting the deep, personal connection that defines Cornwall's modern sustainable dining scene.

London Transgender Clinic - Nicole's Journey
The Brand: Specialising in gender-affirming surgeries, The London Transgender Clinic (LTC) is renowned for its commitment to "person-centered" care. They aim to help transgender and non-binary individuals achieve lasting personal contentment through safe, evidence-based surgical and non-surgical treatments. The Project: We worked with LTC to document Nicole’s experience with Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS), a life-changing procedure for many in the MTF community. This short documentary follows Nicole’s path from the surgical theater to her final "reveal," focusing on the trust and relationship between the patient and the clinical team. By capturing the quiet, transformative moments of Nicole’s recovery, we provided LTC with a powerful piece of branded content that educates prospective patients while celebrating the clinic's impact on individual lives.

London Transgender Clinic - Charlie's Journey
The Brand: The London Transgender Clinic is a leading private facility dedicated to providing holistic, gender-affirming care. They focus on guiding individuals through every stage of their transition with a multidisciplinary approach that prioritises both physical results and psychological well-being. The Project: To demystify the surgical experience, we produced a five-minute "Patient Journey" documentary following Charlie’s breast augmentation. Rather than a standard medical video, we utilised a branded content approach to capture the emotional arc of her transition - from the initial vulnerability of the consultation to the renewed confidence of post-operative recovery. By blending cinematic storytelling with authentic patient testimony, we helped LTC showcase their clinical expertise through a deeply personal, human lens.
